For Jerry Gingerich, the lifestyle he grew up in as a child taught him many life lessons. Hard work, honesty, integrity and the importance of community - these are the values that left an impression on this well respected businessman. It's a long journey from straw hats, horse-drawn buggies and one-room school to the fast-paced business world he excels in today. Jerry's parent's farm in Central Illinois seems like a million miles away from the life he's built in Tennessee, but he continues to uphold those same values he learned during his formative years.

A Sense of Community

Growing up with ten brothers and sisters, Jerry gained a strong sense of family and community. After moving to Arizona to pursue his education, he felt compelled to make a difference through his career. A social worker, he reached out to troubled youth in the community in his position as assistant director of a youth services agency. He later went on to earn his master's degree in social work and became executive director of a not-for-profit housing corporation that built and repaired homes for low-income and elderly residents.

Family First

For Jerry, family has always been a high priority. Raising his three sons, Peter, Jason and Ben, with his wife, Judy, he looked to pass on the values and beliefs he learned as  a child. Although his sons are now adults with families of their own, Jerry continues to be a part of young people's lives. Working with the Kid's Church ministry, he enjoys playing a role in helping to shape the youth in his community. When he's not working with clients or volunteering in the community, Jerry enjoys playing softball and golf, gardening and woodworking.

Jerry would never have guessed that the attributes  and values he learned as  a kid growing up on an Amish farm would play such an integral role in his career as a real estate professional. But not a day goes by that he doesn't draw upon these "life lessons" to make a positive difference in the lives of the clients who place their dreams in his hands. Commitment. Jerry is there for his clients every step of the way. Drive. The hard work ethic he learned from the farm allows him to make things happen. Jerry always taught to do the right thing, and to live life with the utmost integrity.

When you work with Jerry, you can rest easy knowing that he looks out for your best interests. He gently guides his clients through the process with his friendly, low-key personality. having worked in construction and home renovation in the past, he offers his advice and insight on how to boost the value and marketability of a home. Most importantly perhaps, is Jerry's sincere motivation to help his clients succeed. he's willing to do whatever it takes to create positive outcomes.
